Each item’s condition is always listed,
however it is possible for things to be missed as
these are used pieces. If this comes up, please
contact us and we will come to a solution!

No holds, try-ons, or pre-sales on any online items 

** we do not do any ‘buying’ or consignment, and
we do not accept donations, or items that
were previously purchased from the shop **

 

SHIPPING POLICIES

** If you are concerned about package theft
at
 your address, specify that you would like
Canada Post to require a signature upon delivery
in the shipping notes at checkout **

LOCAL CALGARY DELIVERY: $10 FLAT RATE 
Local deliveries are shipped by Canada Post.

CANADA-WIDE: $15 FLAT RATE
Shipped via Canada Post

US & INTERNATIONAL: $25 FLAT RATE
Shipped Via Canada Post

Missing/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

If you received a notification that your item was
delivered, 
and you have not received it, please
contact us at lauren@theninescgy.com, so we
can ensure that all the information provided is
correct. If it is, we will then submit a claim with
Canada Post to locate your package. 

If Canada Post confirms that it has delivered the 
package to the correct address, you acknowledge that
The Nines is NOT liable for any missing/stolen packages.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us
at lauren@theninescgy.com and we will reach a solution :) 





RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

ONLINE ORDERS 

PICK-UP RETURNS: 

Returns will only be accepted on
original priced items up to 7 days from
your date of purchase (not pick up date).

The item must be returned to the shop within the 7 days
from your purchase. For example: if you purchased on a
Tuesday, you will have until the following Tused at EOD to return.
Please look at the booking schedule to see our open hours,
before making a purchase. This way you can ensure you will have
enough time to try on, and bring back, if you are unsure if the
item(s) will work out. Any bookings outside of the policy are
auto-cancelled, and we cannot process the return. 

**We are closed Sundays and Mondays, and our pick-up/return
hours are subject to change. This must be taken into account prior
to making your purchase. Always check the schedule prior to
making your purchase and ensure you are able to bring back any
returns on the days available, within the 7-day policy**

Provide order # and description of the item(s)
being returned (**IMPORTANT**), and then leave
at
the doorstep of the studio at your chosen time.
Once the item is returned to the shop, the amount
will be
refunded back to your form of payment.  

 

LOCAL DELIVERY RETURNS: 

Returns are accepted on original priced items
only up to 7 days following the day you receive
your item(s). Please see above for how to return
your item(s). Once the item(s) arrive at the shop, 
the amount will be refunded to your form of payment. 

* if you are doing the return in person, please 
specify in the appt. notes, that it is a
local-delivery return *

 

OUT-OF-CITY RETURNS: 

Shipping cost must be covered by the customer. 
Returns must be shipped out within 7 days following
the day you receive your item(s). Prior to sending back,
please send an email to lauren@theninescgy.com with subject: 
OUT-OF-CITY RETURN, and provide the following information: 

First and Last Name, Order Number,
Description of item(s) being returned,
and the Reason for Return 

When shipping the item back, please make sure to have
the sender name, and order number present on the shipping
label, or within the package. Once the item(s) arrive at the shop, 
the amount will be refunded to your form of payment.

**IMPORTANT** 

You will receive a notification of your return being processed 
once returned items arrive at the studio. Your bank normally
takes anywhere between 2-5 business days to process the
return on their end. 

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

You have 7 days from your date of purchase to cancel your
order, only if it has not already been shipped to you. If it has
been shipped once you request a cancellation, there is nothing
we can do. You must ship back at your expense, within our policy,
to receive a return.
