at your address, specify that you would like
Canada Post to require a signature upon delivery
in the shipping notes at checkout **

PICK-UP (hours subject to change)
Pick up is available only during our studio hours
Open: Thurs + Fri 2-7 & Sat + Sun 11-4

LOCAL CALGARY DELIVERY: $15 FLAT RATE 
Local deliveries are shipped by Canada Post.

ALBERTA-WIDE: $18 FLAT RATE
Shipped via Canada Post

CANADA-WIDE: $20 FLAT RATE
Shipped via Canada Post

US: $25 FLAT RATE
EVERYWHERE ELSE: Contact for shipping cost

Missing/Stolen/Damaged Packages:

If you received a notification that your item was
delivered, and you have not received it, please
contact the prospective shipping company 
(Canada Post or UPS) and submit a ticket.
If you need more information on your order 
please reach out through our contact page. 

If Canada Post confirms that it has delivered the 
package to the correct address, you acknowledge that
The Nines is NOT liable for any missing/stolen packages.

If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us
